At Board Intelligence I built and led the advisory team. I solved for issues around decision-making, meeting effectiveness, board information and governance simplification.

I was a founder of Credo, a boutique strategy consultancy, which grew to 120+ professionals and wassubsequently sold to Teneo. Working with CEOs and the C-suite I developed a reputation for working with
management teams to deliver turnarounds and successful post-merger integrations.
